It depends on scope. After a free discovery call I send a written proposal with a fixed price per milestone, so you know the total before any work starts. Smaller fixes and maintenance can be billed hourly or as a monthly retainer.
How long does it take to build my project?
A marketing or business website usually takes 2–4 weeks. A custom web app or MVP typically takes 6–12 weeks depending on features. You get a milestone timeline in the proposal and a staging link to follow progress every week.
Will I own the source code?
Yes. Once a milestone is paid, all code, designs and assets built for you are yours. Everything lives in your own GitLab or GitHub repository and your own hosting accounts — no lock-in.
Can you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. I regularly work under NDA and can sign yours (or provide a mutual NDA) before you share any sensitive details about your product or business.
You're in Pakistan — how does communication work across time zones?
I've delivered projects for teams in the Gulf region and Australia while working from Lahore. I keep a few hours of overlap with your working day, reply within 24 hours, and share async progress updates so nothing waits on a meeting.
Can you work on an existing codebase?
Yes. A large part of my freelance work is improving live platforms — fixing bugs, speeding up slow pages, repairing SEO and email issues, and adding features to Next.js, React, NestJS and Node.js projects.
Can you add AI features to my product?
Yes — this is one of my core services. I build LLM-powered assistants, agents with tool calling, RAG search over your own documents, content generation and automations using OpenAI, Claude or open-source models, with streaming UX, usage limits and fallbacks so costs and quality stay under control.
Do you use AI tools while developing?
I use modern AI coding assistants to move faster on boilerplate, tests and reviews — which shortens timelines and lowers cost. Every line is still reviewed, typed and tested by me, and nothing from your codebase is shared with tools you haven't approved.
Do you manage Meta and Google Ads? How does ad spend work?
Yes. Campaigns run in your own ad accounts, and ad spend is billed by Meta or Google directly to your card — my management fee is separate and agreed upfront. I set up tracking first so every campaign is optimised on real conversions, and you get a clear report every month.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a 30-day warranty for bugs in the delivered scope. After that, you can book ad-hoc work or a monthly maintenance retainer for updates, monitoring and new features.
How do payments work?
Payments are milestone-based: a small deposit to book the slot, then a payment after you approve each milestone. The payment method (such as international bank transfer) is agreed in the proposal.
